Need to have only View access to Manage Access

We have a client requirement to provide view-only access to the Manage Lots UI for a specific group of users. These users should be able to view lot information but must not have the ability to edit or disable lot numbers.

Upon analyzing the available roles and privileges, we found that the "Manage Item Lot and Item Serial Number" privilege grants both view and edit capabilities. However, our requirement is to restrict users to view-only access.

We are looking for either:

A dedicated privilege that allows view-only access to the Manage Lots UI,
or
A feasible workaround to enforce this restriction while still allowing users to access the UI in a read-only mode.
