Redwood UI – How to make the ‘Attachment’ field mandatory at header level in Purchase Requisitions?

How to make the ‘Attachment’ field at the header level of Purchase Requisitions mandatory in Redwood UI?

We are working with Redwood-enabled Self Service Procurement and need to enforce a business rule that requires the ‘Attachment’ field at the requisition header to be mandatory before submission.

The objective is to ensure that every purchase requisition is submitted with a supporting document, without relying on custom extensions or offline validations.

Is there a way to enforce this using Redwood configuration tools such as Visual Builder Studio, or via Functional Setup Manager?

Any official guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
