WSDL TO CREATE NOTES IN EXISTING CREDIT MEMOS AND DEBIT MEMOS

Summary:

We are trying to create notes on existing Credit Memos and debit Memos, the REST API for credit memo is not working for certain cases and there is no REST API to do this operation on debit memos. please provide us the respective wsdl service along with the request payload to create notes on credit memos and debit memos
