CPA not showing in Redwood agreement LOV

A implemented CPA created in Classic UI and shows as implemented and open, does not show in the LOV when tying to create a requisition in RSSP.

We are experiencing the following issue in RSSP that we never experienced before.

Create AGM (CPA) in classsic ui and submit. AGM shows as implemented.

Go to RSSP and select a Select a request form that requires a CPA #.

The list of values does not show the new AGM created.

Our investigation showed that in Redwood the agm is showing a status of "pending approval".
