"Save" Button Not Working on Compliance Checklist

Hello Everyone,

After completing all sections and questions in the checklist, I tried to click "Save", but it cannot be saved. The action is not possible. There’s no error message, and the checklist remains in the same screen without any confirmation or update.

Does anyone encounter the similar issue and find a solution for it?
