How to create duplicate bank branch when there is already existing one with same name

Can we create the bank branch with same bank branch name (existing one) for same bank (existing bank)? we are getting below error when trying to create bank branch for same bank with same branch name.

We have requirement to create same bank and branch name in system. Is there any alternate way to create it or any other way to eliminate this error. If we create bank branch or bank from FBDI does the system takes it or throws an error. Please let us know if anyone has the solution.
