Person Profile Type : You need to select an item catalog. (HRT-975446)

Summary:

While updating the valueset name in the person profile say for a competency

The moment you select the value set name from the list of values, the page disappears so there is no concept of even seeing the apply button.

This issue is been observed in redwood and the responsive UI works as expected.
