I was wondering if anyone has been able to come up with something for a CPH metric? My initial thoughts would be that you would be able to run expense reports and figure out an "average" for particular costs such as staff salary, travel/interview expenses, materials, and such. Once you get these averages, you would be able to build formulas in the system that would look at the times a req spent in a particular step/status, number of candidates, and number of staff on the req. This way a req that has more candidates and is open longer will calculate
