Someone asked via Taleo Tid bits yesterday if it was possible to retrieve a max date via your query instead of using a formula to filter once you get your results.  Wondering if anyone knows if this is possible in XIR2?  I can't seem to figure it out...its easy enough once the results are returned (i.e. =max(offer,date)) BUT it would really eliminate clutter and speed up run time if this was possible to put this directly into the criteria.
