Summary:

I am using the Visual Builder excel add-in to create item using /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2, but getting the following error You don't have the required data privileges for the attribute group Billing and Revenue Information at the Item level to complete this task. (EGO-2745476)

The user I am using, has access to create items from the UI, but not able to create using the REST API. Is there any specific role/privilege needed for creating items using REST API
