smart form image url not visible in RSSP

Summary:

We have added the image url in smart form definition but same is not visible in RSSP under 'Shop by Category' section.

However, the image url added for punchout catalog is visible.

We also run the scheduled process 'ESS job to run Bulk ingest to OSCS' with parameter Program Name to run Bulk Ingest value as 'prc_por_downstream' but still smart form image is not visible.

Is there any additional process to be run?

Also, what are the supported file formats? JPG, PNG ? any other file formats?
