How to Make Search Parameters Mandatory on the Manage Invoice Page via Sandbox

I would like to inquire if there is a way to make certain search parameters mandatory on the Manage Invoice page using Sandbox. Specifically, I am interested in those parameters that are added through the Advanced Search option such as Pay Group
Is there a recommended approach or configuration within Oracle Fusion Applications that allows us to enforce mandatory input for these search fields? Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
