"Recover Errors" ESS job is being scheduled with the parameter "ORA_FOM_AUTO_RECOVERY"

Following the Oracle 25B upgrade, we’ve noticed that the "Recover Errors" ESS job is being scheduled with the parameter "ORA_FOM_AUTO_RECOVERY". When reviewing the log file of a successfully completed "Recover Errors" ESS process, all parameters appear to be null except for the Function Code, which is set to ORA_FOM_AUTO_RECOVERY. Could you please help us understand the purpose and meaning of this parameter.
