Triggering Delayed Correspondence for HM Survey

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone currently triggers hiring manager surveys from within Taleo? We are implementing the Recruiting Roundtable's RED tool for HM surveys in a few months. The vendor said it had seen Taleo clients set up a timed correspondence, where the survey invitation was sent to HMs automatically 60 days after their position was filled.

This is a great idea, but we do not know how to set up this type of thing in Taleo currently. We are wondering if it may be the Taleo Onboarding module that makes this triggering of correspondence possible?

Is anyone else sending such correspondence without Taleo Onboarding (We do not currently have this module)? Does anyone have any other ideas as to how to setup such a correspondence, so that we do not have to manually send these survey requests 60 days after every position is closed?
