Hi Folks,
Is anyone actively using "Quality Of Hire" metrics internally? If so, I have a few questions:
1- How do you calculate quality of hire?
2- How do you slice quality of hire? Source? Recruiter? Assessment Results? Cost?
3- How do you interpret the numbers? What do you do with the numbers if they are not satisfactory?
