How to eliminate duplicates in uploading in TCC and find out why they were tagged as duplicates?

Hi,

First of all let me introduce myself.  I'm Gene Garcia, I manage the enterprise for Taleo and TCC here in the Philippines region for Etelecare Global Solutions.

We process around 1000 candidates per week. We use TCC extensively everyday to upload "leads" candidates to be processed.  We run into issues with TCC flagging us that there were duplicates on either the email address and most specially the first name or last names.

Anyone have any other ideas on how to go around this?

Our current workaround is all names or "leads" that were tagged as duplicates, we have 2 people on rotating shift go inside SWT and check if it is really a duplicate, most of the time we found out that it is not.  They end up encoding the information, which defeats the purpose of mass uploading leads in teh first place.
