Need More Information on Configuring Employee Disciplinary Action Fields – Document Reference

Dear Team,

As per our customer requirement, we're in the process of configuring fields to track and update employee disciplinary action information in PeopleSoft HCM.

We came across the following Oracle documentation which seems relevant:

However, upon reviewing and attempting to follow the document, we couldn’t locate the mentioned solution or navigation paths in our current system environment (HCM 9.2, PUM 30). It appears the described configuration options may be outdated, renamed, or part of a module we haven’t enabled.

We would appreciate any insights or updated guidance from anyone who has successfully implemented this or encountered the same issue. Specifically, we're looking for:
