OFC. Import invoice via REST: "Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key"

Could you help me please?

Our service imports invoices to Oracle Fusion Cloud via REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/invoices. See: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/25b/farfa/op-invoices-post.html

It works well for all customers except one. That one sometimes has the error like: "Error code: 25014. Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300000005851564 300005687629270 ]"

If customer imports this invoice again - it will be imported successfully. The error is not connected with import of the same invoice from two instances of our service simultaneously. Other customer have the same situation (more than 1 instance of the service), but they have no errors with concurrency processing.
