Future State Question...

Hello everyone,

We are in our 2 day workshop for our Taleo Performance implementation.  The biggest issue we have had discussions about is succession planning.

Our organization has used another system for performance in the past and we will most likely need to store that data in UDFs on the talent profile.

A couple of questions:

We have 3 years of data and scores to bring over.  If we want to show those years of scores, then we would have to create UDFs for each year.  Is that a correct statement?

The assumption is that because there is no "effective date" in Taleo, we cannot store history without creating UDFs for each year of data we want to store.  Is that correct as well?

Howdy, Stranger!
