To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Taleo Reporting & Analytics: Excluding Specific Requisitions From Reporting Data
Content
Many clients create requisitions for creative purposes or non-standard reasons. These requisitions can skew the results of standard or ad hoc reports like “time to hire”, “time to start” etc. Examples of requisitions created for creative purposes may include:
- "Evergreen" talent pool requisitions
- Call center / volume recruitment
- One off project recruitment
- Re-deployment requisitions
Creation of a single user defined field (UDF) on the requisition with a label of "Include in Reports?" with a default of "Yes" will allow you to easily exclude these types of "non-standard" requisitions from reports and any metrics derived from reporting. How? When the report creator creates reports that include requisition data, the creator can edit the report query filter to add the UDF and set it to “In List” = “Yes”.
