Max wait time in Chat
I am trying to achieve this requirement - If a Customer waits in queue for more than 15 seconds and if none of the Agent is connected, then they must be displayed "Please try again later message".
I have tried following:
- USER_WAIT_QUEUE_TIMEOUT - I have tried to play around with it, but minimum value that can be set is 120 seconds.
- AVERAGE_WAIT_TIME_SAMPLES and ESTIMATED_WAIT_TIME_SAMPLES have the same restriction
- I have tried search an appropriate attribute in "chat/ChatAgentStatus" widget but nothing useful.
I do remember doing something like this couple of years ago, but couldn't really recollect. Any help would be appreciated.
