Summary:
Did anyone had this issue before? What did you do to resolve it?
We have few users who are having issue in logging in to our EPM Cloud Planning. We are using SSO in logging in. Double checked their accesses and it is still active. Had them perform as well the following but, still did not work.
1. Log out from the application
2. Clearing your browser's cache and cookies
3. Login back into the application
Our other users did not have this issue.
