Journey - how to disable Edit Task, Edit Due Date, Reassign Task, Remove Task via display settings?

Summary: We've created a Journey, and we don't want to allow employees to access the Edit Task, Edit Due Date, Reassign Task, Remove Task dropdown. We've selected hide in the configuration and the hide option isn't working for these four tasks, but the hide option has worked on other tasks via display settings. We've tried selecting Hide across the board and flipping it from Hide to Show back to Hide, but it's still not working correctly.
