ODA dynamic Welcome Message and Locale Depend on User's Login Language

Hello everyone,

we've customized DA to work with multilingual and it's working fine

now, In HCM design studio configuration, these fields:

how to make these configurations dynamic based on the user’s login language. For example, if the user is logged in using Arabic, I want the welcome message to be sent in Arabic and the locale to be set accordingly. If the user is using English, then the message and locale should reflect that.

Is there a way to make this behavior dynamic ?
