How can I query the Travel Required attribute of the Requisition Work Requirements in SQL?

I have a requirement to include the 'Travel Required' attribute in a BI Publisher extract for integration. I have tracked it down from the requisition work requirements section to the Job Profile and believe it is stored in the HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS table, but cannot determine which data field as they are generically named (ie item_text30_1). How can I determine what table / field stores this value, so that I can properly extract it? Is there a document or configuration that I can reference?

(Note: We currently have an SR open as the value is disappearing after the field is saved and does not appear to be saving).
