IC Revenue Accounting Requirement

As part of our implementation, we have a requirement to derive the Product segment (a chart of accounts segment) using a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) defined at the Item Line level.

We’ve successfully configured ATTRIBUTE5 as an input source in Cost Management SLA rules for the event type Trade Cost Accounting, which allows us to derive the Product segment correctly for Intercompany COGS.

However, for Intercompany Revenue, we’re facing a challenge. In the Receivables SLA rules for the event type Invoice, the source ATTRIBUTE5 is not available. Instead, we only see GLOBAL_ATTRIBUTE5, which does not map to the same DFF.
