Assignment Extra Information Type used in GPI - changes only not applied

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary: When we add assignment extra information to a newly created assignment block, we receive all EIT's and not only the changed ones or the ones within the period of the assignment period.

We expect only to see the changed records (as it is a changes only extract) and also only the ones applicable for that assignment period, but also in filter we can't refer to any assignment data.

We have used the PER_ASSIGNMENT_EIT_ALL_CONTEXT_UE user entity to connect.
