Trouble terminating Free Tier instance – need help resetting or restoring

Hello everyone,

I’ve been running into some trouble with my Always Free Tier VM. I tried to terminate the instance in order to create a new clean one, but the termination doesn’t seem to complete. Now I cannot recreate the instance, and ideally I would like to have the old instance restored but in a reset/clean state. My goal is simply to continue using a working Free Tier instance without exceeding the free resources, but right now I’m stuck because: Termination of the old instance seems blocked.

I can’t create a replacement Free Tier instance I’d prefer to just reset the existing VM back to its initial state if that’s possible
