I have the data map from Taleo outlining what fields need to be included in a TCC upload of an employee's goal.  I have built an import script using that map and the create/merge (used both) was not successful.  The main errors I got in my response were:

You cannot create or update the following field: EmployeeGoal.Employee,Employee.TalentUser,TalentUser.ArUser,User.EmployeeID;You cannot create or update the following field: EmployeeGoal.BusinessGoal,BusinessGoal.Code;

I tried making the two field search keys and primary keys and then I get an error saying that the "Owner" field is mandatory.
