Process/Onboarding Mergers & Acquisitions?

Hello All:
Wondered if anyone is utilizing recruiting and/or onboarding for the purpose of onboarding a merger or acquisition group of employees? If so, I would really appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your process. We typically have heavy M&A activity, and would like to configure an "Acquisition Portal" for use processing acquired employees, tied to integrated background check provider, and then utilizing an onboarding flow for same.
