How to apply autocomplete rule in Redwood Termination Page?

Summary:

We have an autocomplete rule for the "Recommend for Rehire" field under the Work Relationship Termination Info section of the Termination page. When the LOV value "No" is selected, two additional fields — "Why Not" and "Recommendation Authorized By" — should automatically appear on the screen. However, this functionality is not working in the Redwood interface, even though Oracle has stated that these fields should appear automatically in Redwood.
