Table shows error when custom measure is used

when using a custom measure "Item make Buy" then table fails to load and gives below error:

The table or graph you requested can't be opened. The incident with ID 12 is on the UIServer_1 server. Contact your help desk.

Measure is having below expression:
NVL(Make Buy,0)

Level is org, Product, time.
