Dialog boxes not fully opening

We have some SWT users that suddenly experience dialog boxes not opening to the maximum size.  The box is not resizeable so the only way to see what's "hidden" is to use the Tab key.  Has anyone experienced this?  If so, do you know what setting to change?

Web support was only able to provide us with the system requirements document.  We're at a loss as to what setting controls this.  The users confirmed that they did not make any updates to their PCs prior to this occurring.  I've attached a screen shot of the view.  As you can see, the Done and Cancel buttons are not fully visible.
