Motive based correspondence - paragraph alternative?

Hi there,

We've received requests to support "motive based correspondence" from a few customers and this is something we are considering as a future enhancements.  The basic premise for this scenario is when rejecting a candidate to be able to have the text of that message tailored to the reason for the rejection vs just having a "canned" rejection notice for the recruiter to send.

In the meantime, one interim alternative solution that has come to mind would be to create a correspondence with different "reason paragraphs."  Each paragraph could contain the messaging to be used for that "reason" for rejection.  By default, none of these paragraphs would be selected by default and the recruiter would then select the appropriate paragraph to include when sending the message to the candidate(s).

Howdy, Stranger!
