Reporting issues after last night's system maintenance

Hello everyone, we are on the San Jose platform and there was some system maintenance on Reporting and Analytics last night and when I got in this morning an entire folder of reports was gone. Did anyone else experience any issues? Also does anyone know a way to schedule reports so they don't have to be rescheduled system maintenance is done? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated!
