MS Teams Attendance report not always working
Summary:
Hello All,
We have enabled MS Teams integration with OLC and we noted attendance reports is not always working, it is working very randomly, sometimes after running the sync instructor led training for learning scheduled process it is giving the output, but not always.
Do we need to run the process immediately once the session is over.?
Please let us know if any other customers also facing the same issue.?
We followed all the steps mentioned in below KB document
