a few ex employees not showing in duplicate candidate check

Summary:

Employee ABC has been terminated in the system. They have applied for a new role as an external candidate. When go to requisition—> applications —> open the candidate —> actions —> duplicate check —> it says no potential duplicates.

I started to search name however ABC not shown up in the list. First name, last name is exactly same and duplicate check is based on first and last name.
