Assigning Different Default Grid Views to Different User Groups

Hi

In the Redwood UI, is it possible for an administrator to pre-assign different default grid views to different user groups based on roles or other criteria?

We are aware of the possibility for each user to personalise their own, but it has been challenging getting all the recruiters to do so.
