GOP Considering Reserved Supply in Review Supply Availability Instead of Triggering Requisition

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I am facing the below scenario and would like your guidance:

  • For Customer A, a sales order was booked for 22 quantities and moved to Awaiting Shipping.
  • At this stage, the items physically remain in inventory (staging subinventory) and are still reflected in Review Supply Availability.
  • However, since they are already reserved for Customer A, the Available to Reserve (ATR) and Available to Transact in Inventory are both shown as 0.

The challenge arises when Customer B places a new B2B order for the same item.

  • In a typical B2B flow, if no stock exists, the system should trigger a requisition.

Howdy, Stranger!
