Payment method Task is showing error 'Party ID is missing for the person'

Summary:

Task is 'Payment Methods' but when I test this via pending worker it is showing error '

Party ID is missing for the person
Run the Sync Person Records or the Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information flow to create a party ID for the person before creating a bank account.

Therefore kindly request to resolve this asap

I have run the processes which are mentioned in the error 

Synchronize Person Records

Maintain Party and Location Current Record Information

 also add the following Roles into custom role below

but all of these efforts the error is still persist
