While scheduling for Make item, GOP not considering component Buy part lead time.

We have a make item where come of the below buy components do not have stock in hand. When we are scheduling the order it gives lead time of 2 days, we wanted to understand if this is expected behavior.

The below formula for make items is being satisfied by GOP but we wanted GOP to also consider max lead time of components also.
