How to add the new columns to the "Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF" EBS report.

Hi all,

I need to add the Retro Change When, By Whom, and Changed Amount columns to the Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) – PDF. However, I cannot find the report query; I only found the PayArchivePDF Java class. I would like to know how to add these columns to the report, or could you provide a sample SQL query to retrieve the Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) – PDF data?
