To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Assistance with Variable Creation
Content
I am trying to write a variable to display a particular portion of a subject line of a correspondence in a report cell/column
The full subject line is:
Req # - Phone Screen - Candidate Name - Position Title
Req # - Interview Request - Candidate Name - Position Title
Req # - Schedule Test - Candidate Name - Position Title
What I would like displayed in the column instead is "Phone Screen", "Interview Request"; "Schedule Test"
How would I create a variable to do this?
Thanks
