option to upload notes for each operation during maintenance work definition conversion

Summary:
For our maintenance implementation, we have work definitions with operation descriptions in Oracle EBS, which can be up to 4,000 characters. However, Oracle Cloud limits operation descriptions to 240 characters. Given this limitation, we are considering adding general notes to each operation as a long description.
We would like to know if these general notes can be converted using the FBDI method, as I do not see any column in the Work Definitions FBDI template that corresponds to notes.
if the FBDI method is not supported, is it REST API, can you provide the details on how to use that
