How to get long attributes that is DEI_ATTRIBUTE31 from DOR (Document of Records) in HCM extracts

Summary:

We have a requirement to fetch the DEI_ATTRIBUTE31, DEI_ATTRIBUTE32 long attributes from HR_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD in HCM Extract.

We used PER_PER_DOCUMENTS_OF_RECORD_UE user entity to get other DOR attributes but these two long attributes are not avaialble in the user entity.

So we tried using the extract rule fast formula using a value set. But from the valuset we can only get maximum 99 characters. So need a solution to fetch 4000 characters of the DEI_ATTRIBUTE31.

Could you please provide any solution to fetch these long attributes in HCM extract.
