What is the recomended approach for updating the customer trade profile for high volume
Summary:
It is required to configure the customer trade profile in channel revenue management for the following
- Default claim owner for all customers for a particular Business unit.
- Define the internal reason code to CHRM claim reason mapping for all customers
Since the volume is very high, manual updation of customer trader profile is not feasible for the above 2 requirement.
