Ability to send Customer Statement to fax Server in Content disposition as attachment

Organization Name (Milwaukee):

Oracle Cloud emails are reaching the on-prem Fax server, but attachments are being dropped due to incorrect content- disposition.

Description (Required):

Problem: Attachment Not Recognized by Fax email server
When Oracle sends an email via BI Publisher:The email does reach the Fax server.But the attachment is not being processed by RightFax — it's being dropped or ignored. Only the email body is readable but not the attachment format due to the content disposition. example as given below -
