Upon release holds by the buyer email notification is not triggering to AP user. Suggest an option

Summary:

A Price Hold has been configured, and when it is applied, a notification is successfully sent to the PO Buyer. However, upon release of the hold by the Buyer, no email notification is triggered for the AP user.
