Using crossform to report on different stages in a recruitment

Hi All,

I am trying to create a report where we list the month in a crossform tab and list the title, HM, and hired candidate based on Offer Accept month. What I am looking to show is for those positions, how many people where interviewed for them and what the diversity breakdown is. I have attached a copy of the query I used as well as a sample copy of what the report should look like. Any help is appreciated.
