Redwood: Error when disbursing absence balance using custom role

Summary:

Hi!

We have a custom absence user role, with this role useres are unable to submit Disbursement requests in the new redwood page. We were able to submit with the seeded role. we tried to add the missing privileges but no luck. Does anyone faced this issue?
